Deep Breathing And Weight Loss

I am 42 years old and have tried just about every diet known to man. You know what? They all worked for a while. But at what cost? I am 5'8" female and 10 years ago I weighed 222lbs! Today I weigh a nice lean 150 lbs and I wear a size 6. So I'm pretty solid. How did I finally get it off and keep it off? Well that's a long story. But the short of it is initially low carb. I have a fat tooth instead of a sweet tooth so that worked for me. But eventually I got tired of it. The thing that honestly worked the best was deep breathing and dry skin brushing. I know it sounds weird. But it worked and I did not have to restrict my diet in ANY way at all. And I LOVE to eat. I actually breathed myself thin in just 10 minutes twice a day and 10 minutes of dry brushing got rid of 85% of my icky cellulite and really tightened up all of that loose skin I had from my weight loss. A friend of mine is trying Hoodia. I don't know if it's working yet. It's supposed to curb your appetite. I may try that because I think I am hungry all the time. Actually I just like to knosh all the time. But, like I said, oxygen and a brush worked for me and it gave me energy and lifted my depression. My friends could not believe the difference a little air could make. I'll go into depth and get really specific next time. Until then be prosperous! --TC
